1. Services

New Star Agency provides digital marketing, creative, development and StreamKar host recruitment services under signed engagements.

2. Payments

Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.

3. IP Ownership

Deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. New Star retains portfolio rights.

4. Refunds

14-day satisfaction guarantee on new engagements. StreamKar host contracts are non-refundable after training.

5. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

6. Governing Law

Mumbai, India. Disputes resolved by arbitration.
